Proposed Bylaws and Fence Guidelines

Below are links to two (2) documents which will be voted on at the Annual Membership Meeting on January 11, 2022. The first document is the proposed Fence Guidelines which would replace the current guidelines that are attached to the current bylaws. The second document is the proposed IHOA Bylaws which would replace the current bylaws.

Please take time to review these two documents between now and January 11, 2022. In mid December you will receive a dues notice, proxy for the Annual Membership Meeting and a ballot for voting on the proposed Fence Guidelines and the proposed Bylaws. As you review these documents, if you would like to compare them with the current Fence Guidelines or current Bylaws, that document can be found by using the by-laws button on the homepage of the IHOA website.
